cereal box mirrors

Theres was an empty wall by our kitchen table that I really wanted to hang mirrors on. I had a specific look in mind and the mirrors that I found were each $75 (no, thanks for cheap momma over here), so I decided to do a little diy project.

Well, its done! I finished the frames last year but I had to wait a few months for it to get warm again so I could spray paint them. I love the way they turned out. And the best part, it cost me less then $15 for all three, much better for the purse strings. If you wanted to know how to make them go here.

They were super easy to make, just a little time consuming! Thank goodness the Bachelor was on then :)

Miss Elise, I would love it if you made them for me and I will pay you for the supplies used. Would three of them be too much to ask? Different sizes would be fun and styles, but you decide with your time, if it is not too much to ask. I like the ones you made and then the one the lady made out of skewers (Starburst)too, shown on her blog. Let me know and I look forward to showing them off and bragging about how you made them. :D Hugs! See you soon! http://www.bystephanielynn.com/2011/01/starburst-mirror-overload-but-i-couldnt.html

Thinking of you guys, but more often than you think, since I have your two beautiful homemade mirrors you made me in my living room, to remind me of you, thank you. Then my kids are listening to Chase's CD all the time, they hum it, sing it in the shower, at Church. I caught Sophia singing "the Devil's own Daughter" on our way to a baptism. I had to tell her not to sing it. Chases' music is catchy around here. Let us know when you guys are in town or near by. We would love to visit with you! HUGS!
