Our secret is out.... We're pregnant!!
We had our first appointment today and we got to hear our baby's heart beat! Chase said that it sounded like a peanut running a marathon :) which is probably what it looks like (we didn't get to have an ultrasound, which I was disappointed about). It was so weird to me to hear the heart beat, and it hit that I really am pregnant and I'm not just crazy and getting fat! haha
After the appointment, I had to go get my blood drawn. I was a little scared because it was my first time to have someone steal my blood and Chase took advantage of me being scared and kept saying things to freak me out!.. He may not be invited into the hospital room if he keeps that up :)

Thanks! My due date is Nov. 26 (Thanksgiving day)... I so hope I have it at least a week before then! I want my turkey :) I feel great, havnt gotten sick at all! Its wonderful!!
ruby's due date was christmas eve and she was a week early. so...yeah maybe your little baby will be good to you too:)
Elise!!! Congrats!! I am so excited for you-- Are you going to find out what you are having?? P.S. I totally understand the blood drawing thing. When I went in for my first pregnancy appointment, it was the first time I've had blood drawn since I was like 5. Luckily, it didn't hurt at all, but I had high blood pressure that day b/c I was so stressed about it!! P.P.S. I am so jealous that you haven't gotten sick- I was pretty worthless from weeks 8-14. Not fun.
